Stuffed Leg of Lamb

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
Excellent lamb recipe. Easily adapted to gluten free (I used a mix of brown rice flour and potato starch). The sesame oil really adds a nice flavor and the presentation is gorgeous.

Great, easy alfredo. We had all of the ingredients so it was a snap. We did use fresh garlic and a pinch of nutmeg. Served over brown rice pasta with mushroom turkey meatballs.

Really easy and great for those who have food intolerances. We omit the sugar and add veggies like bell peppers. Love the fennel seeds and a bit of crushed red pepper.

Vey delicious chicken roast. We used chicken legs, sweet potatoes, red peppers, crookneck squash, carrots, lots of onion, and whole cloves of garlic. Used less water and more seasonings including thyme and oregano (omitted parsley), Cooked for hour and a half and it was perfect!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

These are delicious! Made with goya black beans, red/green peppers, and unseasoned bread crumbs. Added more spice as we like things seriously spicy. Served on rolls with guacamole and all the fixings, homemade french fries and salad.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
My first attempt at chili and this recipe is a delicious one! I halved the recipe. Changes I made: added one red pepper, 1/2 onion, 2 stalks celery, some frozen okra, and increased all the seasonings. Used 2 cans goya dark kidney beans and 8 oz Boca meatless ground burger. Simmered my chili for around 1.5 hours. So delicious with shredded cheddar on top and a side of jalapeño corn bread! The name says it all and this chili will please vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
