Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I have made this several times now, and it's amazing! I wasn't too sure about the sour cream at first, but it makes the bread very moist. You can't taste it at all. I like to add walnuts AND chocolate chips. My husband loves it.

Easy Tuna Casserole
I love this recipe. I make it with wide egg noodles, and 1 can of low sodium Cream of Chicken Soup, plus 1 can of low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup to give it a yummy, creamy flavor. Delicious!

3-Cheese Pasta Bake
This recipe is pretty good. I wasn't all that impressed with it the first day, but it tasted much better the second day, after it had a chance to sit. I consider this to be more of a side dish, like macaroni n' cheese. My husband liked it. I will make it again.
