Poppy Seed Bread with Glaze

EXACTLY what i was looing for. i made mine without the glaze and the bread is so delicious!! very comparable to jumbo almond poppy seed muffins that a local bakery makes. my family loves and i will make loaves regularly. thank you.=)

Easy Tuna Casserole

was pleasantly suprised. will take the place of my tuna casserole that i used to make. followed the recipe exactly. i did not think that it was "too" dry like other reviewers stated but could have been a little bit more moist. an extra can of soup would have been too much. so next time i would maybe either add some milk or try baking in a smaller pan?? thanks for the post!!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

awesome, we loved these. i used my pampered chef medium scoop though and only got 18 cookies. only thing i did different was add a full tsp of vanilla. will definetely make these on a regular basis. thanks for the post!!

okay, not a big hit. ended up throwing out alot of it. they turned out a lot thinner than i was thinking and they were way sticky. i love sweet but these were almost too sweet. won't make again.

Harvey Ham Sandwiches

used leftover christmas ham and these were really great. so i couldn't follow the recipe amounts exactly but i just threw what ham i had left in slow cooker with a little water. cooked for several hours til i could shred it up and then added the brown sugar and mustard. served ontop of fresh raised buns. delish. i'm not a big ham fan but i'll be eager to cook a ham just for the leftovers so i can make these sandwiches again. thanks for the post!!

Baked Potato Soup

maybe my family is odd but this is definetely NOT what i was looking for. i only used 1/2 tsp of basil and it was still way too overpowering!! this is the first time i've cooked with basil so maybe it's us not liking that. i've made potato soups before, i was looking to broaden my horizons a bit thinking this recipe seemed to be a bit more sophisticated and it had such great reviews. sorry.

Peanut Butter Mini Muffins

really good, nice and moist. followed other reviewers advice by decreasing flour, increasing milk and oil. i used creamy pb and and it was more heaping over the measuring cup than leveled. i made a batch this morning to send with my preschooler for snack and ended up making another batch this afternoon. will definetely keep making these, thanks for the great recipe!!!

Famous Butter Chicken

delicious, family loved. followed recipe exactly however cut down on cooking time like others suggested and while baking poured the juices over the chicken 2x. thanks, will be making this regularly.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

good, won't use box mix again. followed a few tips from some reviewers, let eggs sit out to take the chill off, warmed the milk a little and let the batter sit for a bit before i fried them up.

really good, followed another reviewers advice and lined a 11x14 pan with tinfoil, greased that with butter instead of a 9x13. i wanted them more bar like than cake like. delicious.

Tangy Spare Ribs

we bought half a hog and the spare ribs came with it. didn't think i was a big ribs fan but i was very suprised at how good they were. especially considering it was the first time i ever prepared ribs. i followed the recipe exactly. i cooked them for the first hour and then an hour and a half more with the sauce. will definetley buy spare ribs now and make this exact recipe again. thank you for the post.

Pudding-Topped Fruit Salad

a big hit at easter, served in a big glass bowl. only thing i did differently was using a can of sliced peaches, hard to find fresh now, not in season and omitting the blueberries, i took out frozen and thawed them but they were pretty juicy and i thought they would dye the whole dish and it wouldn't look as pretty. fresh may be alright. thanks will make again for sure!!
