I was a little nervous making this cheesecake since it was my first attempt and heard that they could be tricky to make but after seeing all the positive reviews I knew I had to try it. I took the advice of other reviewers and baked my cheesecake in a water bath and used room temperature ingredients. Just make sure you wrap your pan with a double layer of foil and preferbly the extra large foil as opposed to the standard size if using the water bath to prevent water from getting into the pan (I used a double layer of the reg. size and some water seeped in). My cheesecake came out so well, very creamy and didn't crack! I'll definitely be making this again, esp because I already have a request to make it for my sister's birthday.
