Smothered Filet Mignon

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
The most amazing thing I've ever tasted. Made it for my husband and I for dinner last night, and went back to the store this morning to get more filet to have it again for lunch. Can't stop thinking about it!

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Very, very good! My favorite chicken recipe from allrecipes so far. I used blue cheese in the middle and it was wonderful!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
I don't know if I'd really call this a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, but it was still very good! The Garlic Mayo is the key!!

Hubby and I both thought these were VERY good! Great flavor, but not overwhelming.

I thought these were a little salty, but good nonetheless.

Blue Cheese Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
I thought these were good, but the blue cheese was a bit much for me. I think next time I was use 1/2 as much.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I added a little flour to thicken up the sauce as suggested by others and also tossed the chicken with a few toasted sesame seeds when it was done. I also added a little extra ginger--next time I think I may add some matchstick ginger pieces to it as well. Very good!

Persian Shish Kabob

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I made this exactly as written and really enjoyed the flavor! I also made it once with lower quality meat (I forget if it was New York Strip or Ribeye) and it was still quite good..., but nothing beats Beef Tenderloin if you're looking to spoil yourself.

Stuffed Pork Chops III

So good! This was my first attmept at stuffed pork chops, and I was really surprised at how good they were. And the recipe is quite easy as well. I will definitely be making these again.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I've been looking for a good recipe for Sesame chicken and this was quite good... although I had to make about 5x the sauce. Also, I didn't need nearly the full cup of flour--I ended up throwing a bunch of it out. But all in all, a really good recipe.

Thai Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
This was one of my first recipes I tried off of allrecipes and I thought it was really good. I followed other's advice regarding mixing the sauce separately, etc, and it turned out wonderfully. I will definately be making this one again.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
This is one of my favorite recipes for simplicity alone--but it tastes great too! I've made it several times and even my 4-yr old daughter loves it--when she sees it, she says "oooh, my favorite". A couple of changes I've made... I slice up an onion and add it to the slow clooker while the meat is cooking. And I melt some provolone cheese on the sandwiches when they are done.

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I have made this pizza several times now and it's always a hit. As a variation, I put some chicken on it (I use frozen fajita chicken to keep it simple), and the hubby loves it. The Fontina cheese is a bit pricey (although, my Walmart has started carrying it, so not so bad anymore) and I've been tempted to try other cheeses that other reviewers have mentioned.... but have been too afraid to mess with perfection!

Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
My husband surprised me one day by making this for me and it was delicious!! He used asiago bread, added a little oregano to the chicken, and used dried rosemary instead of fresh--and it was great! He also left out the Dijon-style mustard because we aren't fans of that... Next time, we will double the mayo and rosemary mixture.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
Very good! I doubled the chicken and used 12oz pasta instead of 16oz. This was my first time using sun-dried tomatoes in a recipe, and it was VERY good!

Barbecue Ribs

If I hadn't burnt them, I'm sure they would have been great! They were still good, but the chile sauce was a bit much for me... just personal preference I guess.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I've been looking for a jambalaya recipe without the seafood, and this was really good. I doubled the chicken and kielbasa, but it isn't necessary. Yummy!
