I've made this recipe about 6 times now, no kidding. It's the best vegetarian chili recipe I've found, and it's so easy. I've only made it with the veggie crumbles once, but decided not to use them again - I just think they're too expensive and they don't add much to the flavor of the chili. No one in my family are actual vegetarians (my husband is one of those "meat and potatoes" guys), but we love this chili. Someone gave this a low rating because it was too spicy - I have to admit, I add an EXTRA jalapeno and a little extra cumin and chili powder every single time I make it. Obviously, my husband and I like the heat - but I think this recipe, in it's original form, would only be too spicy for the most tender-tounged people.
