Bob's Thai Beef Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
Not bad I served it on a bed of lettuce, Remember always use THAI fish sauce its not as salty, if its not processed in Thailand its going to be on the salty side. Refined sugar will cut the salt taste too.

Vietnamese Lemon Grass Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
Use fish sauce made in Thailand the others are way to salty. White sugar cuts the salt taste. The barnd I use is Tiparos (fish sauce) If you like the taste of fish sauce I suggest adding a 1/4 cup of sugar the cut the salt. This is a great recipe

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
I liked the vinegar idea really spiked the flavor. The dark meat of the chicken is so moist hard to use breast portions. I did use it two ways, I used the sauce as an overnight marinade, then baking pieces in the sauce at 350 for 40 mins. I then put the chicken on a broiler pan and broiled until done and crispy. The original is very good, mine is too.

Hot-and-Sour Prawn Soup with Lemon Grass

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2012
Good recipe, I tried it as it was presented. Good! I make this dish too, I use half the lime leaves, be cautious with the lime juice. Straw mushrooms are canned I dont like the slimy texture so I use fresh button mushrooms sliced. I also dont use chicken broth, I use only the stock left from the prawn shells try it. Either way a good dish serve with rice on the side!
