Chicken Penne Italiano

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
Very easy to make and quite tasty. I added an extra tablespoon of garlic and an extra 1/4c of white wine. In the end, I had to add more salt, but overall I thought this was a very light, tasty dish that the whole family enjoyed.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Super easy to make, very filling and tasty. The whole family loved this recipe and said it was a "keeper"! I did substitute turkey ham for regular ham and it still tasted great.

Probably would have tasted really good, but I followed the recipe to a "T" and all I ended up with was a mess.

Pasta Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I made this tonight and the whole family scarfed it down. The only tweaks I made was to add some basil to the ground beef while cooking it. Otherwise, really yummy.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
I made this for dinner tonight and served over mashed potatoes with baked beans and homemade biscuits on the side. The whole family devoured it. I followed the recipe to a T except that I halved it because I only had 3 chicken breasts. The chicken came out very moist and the BBQ sauce was really tasty, even though I hesitated for a moment on the italian dressing! Fantastic recipe, very flavorful! Thank you.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Very good alternative to fried chicken wings. I still prefer the fried version, but this was a great option. The tip on spraying them with Pam five minutes before they are done was a great idea.

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
Oh my goodness! These are awesome! I did as other reviewers suggested and doubled the spices. I also fried the patties in a tablespoon or two of canola oil. Super yummy and way tastier and cheaper than those store bought turkey sausages! Thanks for the outstanding recipe!!!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
Yummy little cookies that were a snap to make. I made 1/2 chocolate chip and 1/2 oatmeal raisin with apple spice and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. I think the 4-10 minute cook-time is a bit off. It took a good 11 minutes for each batch I made. Definitely a keeper!!! Thank you.

No Time to Cook Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
Very easy, delicious recipe. I took the advice of others and added different seasonings. I started with frozen chicken breasts and then added minced garlic, minced onion, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. I also used cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. I cooked it on high for 4 hours and the chicken is very tender. Very tasty served over mashed potatoes with fresh homemade biscuits.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
5 stars for how easy it is to make and 5 stars for how yummy this pie is. I've made so many key lime pies in the past, but this recipe is by far the best I've ever made. I love that you don't have to use egg yolks too! I followed the recipe except I used 1 cup of key lime juice and the pie firmed up perfectly! Love, love, love this recipe!
