Meat Filled Manicotti

My boyfriend and I made this "together" since we're in a long distance relationship and it was GREAT! Both of our first times making it and it was good. The only problem was stuffing them (a bit tedious, but worth it) and the noddles breaking. I think another reviewer mentioned not cooking them all the way through to prevent them from breaking so that might be a good idea. If you're a big fan of cheese, you might want to add a bit more also (which I'll do next time around because I just didn't think there was enough; but this was just a personal preference of mine). Moy boyfriends' turned out good too according to him.

Cajun Crab Soup

This recipe just didn't do it for me. I think it is because unfortunately I tasted a rather delicious She-Crab soup in the Atlanta area and was hoping that I would find something that came close, but this just wasn't my style. I might be good to those who go in without a specific taste in mind for crab soup, but I on the other hand will look for a recipe closer to what I have in mind.

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Boyfriend liked it even though he's not a tuna casserole type of guy. I thought it was ok seeing as though I'm not a big fan of tuna at all.

Baked Potato Soup V

I liked this recipe a lot. I've made it probably three times now and the only thing that I change is the amount of milk. I like mine not too thick and not too "runny" so I just gauge the milk as it is cooking and sometimes have to add more/less flour or more/less milk. Other than that, this is a hit.

Mom's Ground Beef Casserole

WOW is all I can say. I didn't know what to think at first, but hubby and I both LOVED it and we were both upset that I'd only made portions for two. The only thing I changed was the cheese amount (we're both cheese lovers) and added just a few more noodles. I may add carrots next time (because I KNOW I will be making this often) but other than that, it's great (in taste and preparation time).
