Spaghetti Pie II

It was a hit! like everyone else I used ricotta cheese. Also, I had a jar of spaghetti sauce & a can of diced tomatoes with chilies so I used that instead of the tomatoes paste and diced tomatoes.

Pizza Casserole

So delicious! Everyone loved it! I used a box of Cellentani pasta, 1 ilb of ground beef, a small can of sliced mushrooms, and I mixed the cheese with all the ingredients before putting it into the over & then topped it with some more cheese on top.

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)
