Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
This recipe taste great, but was a little to thick for me. I like my ice cream topping a little less thick. But being it does come out so thick, I used it on toasted muffin or toast for breakfast. It is great! The fastest way to make a substitute for strawberry rhubarb jam without all the hassle. Mmm

White Chocolate Holiday Spritz Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
These cookies are delicious. To cut down on frosting and decorating time, I don't frost & sandwich the cookies. I just take and dip about 1/2 of the cookie in any flavor of melted chips and dip in bowl of sprinkles. Use other disks and make a variety of shapes and do the same thing and dip 1/2 the cookie in melted chips and sprinkles too. These are definitely a favorite.

Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
I love this recipe. I made a couple of changes. Instead of 3/4 cup of water, I put 1/2 cup of water with 1/4 cup applesauce and warmed that up together, 3 tea cinnamon, and 1 3/4 tea quick rise yeast. I really like cranraisin, so I added 3/4 cup. set on regular bread cycle on light crust and a 1 1/2 lb loaf. This turned out so moist and the flavor is wonderful. I know this will be a favorite.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
These are great. Everybodies favorite. I don't have alot of time to bake cookies very often, so what I do is I pull out the bar pan and I put all the batter in the pan and press it out evenly from end to end. I just bake it until it looks done. Like a cookie looks when its done. cool and cut into bars. quick and easy.

Apple Pie Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
After reading all the reviews, I didn't have powdered buttermilk, so just added 2 mort tab of flour and instead of 1 1/2 tea of yeast, I put in 2 tea. I also added 1/4 tea of nutmeg. I put the ingredients in acording to manufacturers directions. I woke up to a wonderful loaf of bread. Nice and light, not dense at all. I used the 2 lb setting and the light crust setting. Since I wasn't up to watch the dough, I can not say if it was real sticky or not. But it turned out nice.

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2008
I couln't wait to make these cookies, but the first two cookie sheets I put in, the cookies were flat like pankakes. They taste great, but I made the rest of the batter into muffins. I double checked the recipe, and I added everything like I was suppose to, so I don't understand what went wrong.
