Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
My family and I love this soup! I made it for lunch today, and the only thing I changed was to double it. The origional amount wouldn't even have come close to feeding my family! I've never made a "cream" soup before this and was really nervous that it would taste funny or have a wierd texture, but the worry was for nothing! This has to be one of the easiest soups ever! This will definately become a regular in our house. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
I made this today to give out as Christmas gifts. I tried a cup myself first and I loved it. I did make a few alterations though. I used 1c. powdered sugar instead of 1/2 and I used about 3/4-1 c. of cocoa powder. I ran it all through the food processor to mix and get the milk powder as fine as the rest. I turned out wonderfully! I think I will have to make some more just to keep here for the us! I will post pics as soon as I get the rest of my gift basket stuff done. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
These are really good! I did make one minor change though...I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt since so many review said they were too salty. Turned out perfect! Thanks for sharing!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
I didn't change a thing about this recipe and glad I didn't! These were a huge hit with everyone here. The only regret I have is that I didn't get a pic before they were all gone! This will be my new oatmeal raisin cookie for now on! Thanks for the great recipe!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
After reading all of the reviews this has, I decided to just make it as stated. I'm glad that I did, cause it is wonderful! The only thing I did differently was to bake in a 10" springform for about 45 minutes. This is perfect and I will definately make this again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Play Dough Cookies

These were very fun to make! The cookie tastes wonderful also. I did these as a trial run before I did them with the kids. Just wanted to see how difficult they would be! Can't wait to try these with them! They will surely love them! Thanks for the fun recipe!

This recipe is great! I followed everything except I used a mexican blend cheese cause that's what I had on hand. Very quick and easy. I will definately add this to my supper rotation! Thanks for sharing!

I was nervous about making these. I hadn't planned on making them till the next morning, but the kids couldn't wait to try them. They are wonderful. Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
Not that this recipe needs another great review, but I just have to let everyone know how wonderful these are! I didn't change a thing as far as ingredients go. I did make them as muffins instead of bread, and had to bake them almost 25 minutes. So moist and the taste is outstanding! I will make these many times over! Thanks for sharing!

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
These cookies are awesome! Way too good to have in my house all the time! So much better than the Reeses recipe on the bag. I will definately make these again cause they were gone the very same day I made them. Very addictive, now you have been warned! Thanks for sharing!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
I kinda feel bad rating this cause I changed it so much. I added an extra can of cream of chicken soup and a can of cream of celery. I also left out the potatoes. I used a different dumpling recipe (the one from Chicken and Dumplings III) cause I didn't have any baking mix on hand. That said, this was very good and I will definately make it again. The whole family loved it. Thanks for sharing, and sorry I had to change it up so much!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
The only reason I am giving this 4 instead of 5 is I followed sunnybirds suggestion and used less butter in the PB mix. I used about 3/4 c. That said, these are absolutely wonderful. The kids loved them and said they were better than reese's cups! I love the fact that you can make these and never have to turn on the oven. Wonderful when it is very very very hot out. Thanks for sharing this wonderful quick and easy treat!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2008
These are very tasty fries. All of the kids loved them. I did too, but found them a little time consuming. Of course I have to make a ton of fries to feed my family! I will make again, but prob not on a regular basis due to time. The taste is awsome though! Thanks for sharing!

Fry Bread Tacos II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I only used the fry bread part of this, but it is delicious! The kids loved them and I did too! I think they would be good sprinkled with some cinn/sugar like another reviewer said! Make sure to make a small hole in the middle of them before frying or you get a big bubble! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Graham Crackers

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
These are really good. I did take sanzoe's advice and used 1/2 cup milk instead of 1/4. I also used whole wheat graham flour cause that's all I had and it worked out fine. Sprinkle them with cinn/sugar....MMMMMM! These will become a regular in our house! Thanks for sharing!

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
I love this bread! I made it to go with the Easy Slow Cooker French Dip from this site and it was so good. I only did the egg white wash on top and it had a nice browned, crunchy crust. I will definately make this again!

This was very good. I followed the recipe as stated. I think the cut of meat I used was a little tough though. I will definately make this again trying a different cut. Thanks for sharing!
