Balsamic Vinegar Potato Salad

Make sure to prepare this a couple days before it is to be served. The longer it sits the more time the flavors have to meld together. I also added Bleu cheese and real crumbled bacon. Very delicious!!

Garbanzo Bean and Quinoa Salad

Made recipe exactly as written and overall thought the salad was good. The spices could use some tweaking and it definitely needed more oil. But the flavors paired quite well to create a good earthy flavor.

Ground Venison Burgers

Hands Down Delicious!! I used Smart Balance Omega Mayo and added a pinch of garlic, it went perfect with the burgers. All the ingredients paired together nicely as well.

Butter Bean Burgers

Added extra egg white and breadcrumbs with the saltines, ground mustard seed, green onions, worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice Also used green and red bell pepper instead of the jalepeno. Served on grilled sourdough with pepperjack cheese. Very Delicious!!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Fantastic!! The chicken was very moist and had a great flavor. I did make a few changes to make it healthier but it was still very delicious. I used turkey bacon and reduced fat mozzarella cheese. I also used JalapeƱo mustard instead of yellow which gave it a nice bite without being too spicy. I omitted the lemon pepper and instead rolled the chicken breasts on a shallow plate of seasoned breadcrumbs before placing them in the pan and topping with honey and mustard.
