Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I'm not usually a fan of peanut butter cookies, but these were great, and so easy to make! They're really rich and peanut-buttery, and the beauty of it is that they only take 3 ingredients. Why mess that up by changing the recipe all around when it's completely unneccessary? Just remember to flatten them with a fork before baking!

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake
I halved the recipe and baked it in an 8x8 dish, substituting diced hash browns for the shredded ones, and it was delicious. The cream of potato soup was great in it. Lots and lots of cheese mixed with potatoes - what's not to love? I'm thinking of also trying it with tater tots instead of hash browns next time.

Baked Potato Soup V
MMMMM... Tastes just like a loaded baked potato. Really thick soup, fills you up fast. Definitely making this one again!
