Meat has soooo favorful and juicey!!! Per others suggestions, I halved the mayo, and thinned it with a little milk. I think next time I make this chicken I will use cookie rack to bake it on, as one reviewer mentioned. The chicken won't be moist on the bottom that way. Great tip! Thank you for the wonderful recipe!!

This and That BBQ Sauce

This sauce turned out great! I too made a few changes. Limited white vinegar to 1/8 cup, add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne powder, and some liquid smoke. I did not have any lemon juice or dry mustard on hand, but I am sure they would have made the sauce even better. Also, I did increase the brown sugar, as recommended by others. Wonderful recipe, Thank you!!

My husband is from Veracruz Mexico, and has been making this for years. We all love it, and I am glad to see it here. He uses all the ingedients listed, plus adds clamato juice and fine chopped onion. Great Recipe!!! Thank you for listing it!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I followed the recipe, and they did turn out beautifully. The true flavor does not come out til the next day as said by author. I look forward to makeing them again and trying some of the suggestions give by others. Like that ones for less calories, because these are to good to eat just one!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wonderful!! I did take some of the suggestions given and added more spices, beef broth instead of water, and red pepper flakes. I also inserted garlic slices into the meat itself. Family and friends loved it, and I will be making this dish again and again. Oh...I left out the veggies, and served with rice and black beans instead.

My husband is hispanic, and loved this dish. He even asked where i got the recipe. He said it just like when he was growing up. Next time I will add more peppers for our own taste. But, I wouldn't change anything else. Excellent recipe, will be making it more often.

Sensational Steak Sandwich

Husband actually said he loved it! I skipped the horseradish/mustard spread and used some chipotle mayo instead. which added an extra kick. They turned out great and will make them again and again. Thank you!
