Carrot Cake III
Fantastic. I brought this carrot cake to a picnic with friends and when I left there was only one piece still on the plate. I substituted walnuts for pecans and added dates. The icing recipe made a lot more icing than I needed for the cake. I'd probably halve the icing.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
I used brown sugar instead of white sugar and I didn't add vanilla those were the only things I think I changed. They were delicious but they fall apart easily.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls
I loved these! If you don't have buttermilk you can add about 2 tbs of vinegar to your milk. They need some sort of icing/frosting . (which I did add)
