I had never heard of these before, but found them on the recipe of the day a while back. These were so good! I've made them a few times and they are great every time. The boyfriend loves them as well!

Pumpkin Pie Bread

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

This was really great! The only problem I had was even with the egg wash, the pie crust was still a little soggy. Next time I'll probably bake the crust for a little bit before adding the filling.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

This pie is SO good! I made it exactly as the recipe states and it came out fantastically. I left the pie in the oven for about an hour after it stopped cooking and had no problems with cracking.

Eggnog Quick Bread

This was pretty good. Not my favorite of quick breads, but was definitely a good use for leftover eggnog. I used applesauce in place of butter to cut down on the fat and left out the rum extract, since I didn't have any.

Overnight Coffee Cake

This was really, really good! To make it a little more healthy, I used 1/2 c. applesauce and 1/4 c. butter. I also cut down on the nutmeg a little bit, I'd say I used 3/4 t. and only made half the icing and that was plenty.

Pizza Without the Red Sauce

This pizza is AMAZING. I'm your typical pepperoni pizza kind of girl, but this opened up my world to a whole new kind of pizza! I've made it at least 5 times in the last month. It's super easy and delish!

Chewy Crispy Coconut Cookies

These were awesome! In trying to make these a healthier treat, I subbed applesauce for the butter. They were a little sticky on the bottom, but tasted great!

Lower Fat Banana Bread I

This bread came out so good and moist! I substituted applesauce for margarine and added a tsp. of vanilla. Used a large muffin pan and baked for 27 mins at 325.

Pepperoni Cheese Ravioli

My boyfriend made this for as a surprise date dinner. It was SO GOOD! He left out the mushrooms, but besides that followed the recipe exactly. We now have it regularly!

Baked Ziti I

Lemon Square Bars

I made these for Valentine's day, dyed the filling pink, and used a heart cookie cutter and they came out so cute! I modified the recipe as most reviewers suggested and they tasted great!
