Healthier Oven Roasted Potatoes
I like the recipe as roasted potatoes are one of my favorites and it is very very hard to mess them up. The low rating is due to the joke of the name "Healthier". This recipe actually has more calories than the oven roasted potato recipe and it takes away the potato skins. The only real difference being the regular one has one has one more tablespoon of oil to it for 4 potatoes. (Different spices are minimal for a potato recipe) I wonder why this is considered healthier and makes it into the 'healthy recipe section"

Baked Split Chicken Breast
I love this recipe. The only thing I do different is add olive oil and spices to a bowl and make a paste with it that I rub into the chicken which I have poked with holes. I also add 3/4 tsp Bell's seasoning to the other spices and up the garlic. Make sure to rub under and over the skin of chicken. Letting the chicken rest for 45 minutes with the spices on it is a must as it marinates the thicker breasts. Another tip is to place lemon slices underneath the chicken to help it maintain its moisture.

Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes
Loved it Bellepepper. All my daughter's favorites and she is a potato girl. I saw on another recipe (and it works) that if you blast the potatoes at 450 degrees for 20 mintues and then turn down stove to 350 degrees for the next 15 -20 minutes, you get a nice crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, roasted potato. I also spray my pans/oil my pans, dump the pototoes and whatever seasonings in the pan and toss the potatoes around it in it. Potatoes never stick,you never lose any of the seasonings and one less bowl to wash.
