Pork-Potato Meatballs
the potatoes don't seem to bring anything to the party... they tasted ok, a bit salty (maybe because of the chicken broth?) and even in a really large pan, it was impossible to make the gravy turn out right with the balls still in the pan... the instructions should say to remove them a second time, then make the gravy, then return the balls to the gravy...

Spaghetti Carbonara II
Simply delicious and very easy to make. Make sure you have a VERY large frying pan when you get ready to toss around the veggies and a pound of spaghetti while trying to cook 4 eggs. That's the roughest part but I think my skillet was just on the lower end of just-big-enough category.

Bob Evans(R) Sausage Corn Chowder
needs more spice... It tastes great, but I thought the sausage would add more to it than it did. dressing it up with some herbs and something spicy would make it even better.
