This is a great recipe! I used suggestions from other members and substituted canola oil for the butter and used 1/2 c Splenda instead of regular sugar. I also used 1 cup wheat flour and 1/2 white flour. I added 1/4 tsp nutmeg to the dry ingredients, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbsp instant coffee to the banana mixture. I added 1/2 c mini chocolate chips just before I poured into the mini loaf pans I used-baked for 25 mins. May try adding pecans next time to the crumb mixture.
