Crab Quiche

This is a wonderful recipe that i have made before!!! the only thing i did different this time was double the ingredients and instead of just crab meat added what i did was 2/3c. each of baby scallops,shrimp,imitation crab and of course 1 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning and wow was it ever good. it did not last long at all!

Shepherd's Pie VI

this recipe is fantastic for a quick make ahead supper the only thing i did different is added 2 tsp of italian seasoning. the next time i make this i will change out the potatoes for sweet potato and use a veggie mix as my family is not a big potato and carrot fan these days but every one did enjoy it and asked for seconds there was hardly any left over to take to work with me the next day.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

this recipe is awsome i made this for mother's day dessert the only thing i did do differently was add 1 more brick of cream cheese and substituted the milk for whipping cream and only added 1 cup of sugar i then baked it @ 475 for 10 minutes and then turned it down to 200 and let it bake for 1 hour and then shut the oven off and let sit in oven for 1 hour and then took out to chill in fridge for the next day's dessert and it was FABULOUS i served it with fresh strawberry garnish and chocolate cream sauce

Holiday Chicken Pot Pie

this recipe is fantastic how ever after reading the reviews i made a baking powder biscuit mix to go on top and cut the dough into rounds and it came together perfectly this is a dish i wil definately make again for my family!! if you have bisquik this works well too

Cream of Potato Soup II

my family loves potatoe soup however the ratio of ingredients was alittle off way too much pepper i also used chicken broth instead of the boullion cubes and omitted the the green pepper and the celery as we do not like it the garlic i used powder in stead of minced and only to taste so it was not overpowering other than that it was relativley good
