I am currently a stay at home mom. I have time to experiment with new recipes I find on here. I like easy stuff that has a lot of flavor. I do live in the South so spice is nice!
My favorite things to cook
I love casseroles. Throwing things together and getting something delicious in 30 minutes is heaven. I also love cooking anything Italian. The smells are wonderful. I make an awesome lasagna.

None really. I've just stolen my mom's recipes.
My cooking triumphs
My lasagna. Everyone raves about it. Thanks to this website, I've become a better cook. I've tried so many recipes that I wouldn't have before. My husband enjoys that:)
