This was delicious. My oven gets really hot and so mine was done in 25 min @350. I used others suggestions of 1 tsp.baking powder/1 tsp soda. I pureed the mango. I also cut back on the sugar.

Pastitsio II

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
This is 5 star for the following reasons: I didn't change anything except for adding a little cinnanmon, it is unique ground beef recipe, and it is a delicious make ahead meal. So yummy! Next time for fun I would use ground lamb and simmer the beef mixture for as long as possible (to let flavor absorb).

Eggplant -- Easy, Good and Tasty

Reviewed: May 20, 2009
This recipe - as is - is 5 star all the way. I added parm to the seasoned bread crumbs. I cut my eggplant 1/4 in. thickness. Next time I would marinate the diced fresh tomato in a italian dressing sauce. Make sure the ital. dressing is top quality.

Picadillo

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
This was so good. I really followed the recipe to a tee (which is so rare) except I had to sub lemon for lime and green pepper for red, but other than that it was just a great ground beef dish. Will definitely make again.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
This gets 5 stars simply for how quick and easy it is. It tastes great, although I have had better at a restaurant, this is still the best one I have ever made. My only addition was nutmeg. Also sub. heavy cream for milk.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
This is such a pretty recipe and tastes great. I used 7 noodles b/c that's all I had and it was plenty. I put roasted red pepper sauce on bottom (recipe from this site) and quick and easy afredo sauce (recipe also from this site) on top. Next time I think I will cut back on the spinach and add other veggies to filling.
