High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
I used the exact directions to cook my eye-of-round steak (important to note that this recipe is for this type of cut). I just changed the rub...used the herb rubbed sirloin roast recipe. Was DELICIOUS and tender. May reduce to 6 min. per pound/2 hours next time for fun.

Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2008
This recipe was so good. As previous reviews advised, I added 2TB of worsteshire. I also added a handful of frozen peas, a couple dashes of Tabassco, and a 1/4tsp oregano, and alot more garlic. Also used fresh button mushrooms. I sprinked paprika and fresh parsely on the top. This was the best Sheperd's Pie I've had!

Basil Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
This so great as is...the only changes I make is to use almonds instead of pine nuts (cost) and sometimes add sundried tomaotes at the end. This sauce is great over any pasta, but esp. tortelini or raviloli.
