Really 4.5 stars. I did as alot of others. Marinated first, cooked in oven with marinade and ranch, pulled it out after 10 minutes, added the rest of ingrediants, cooked for another 10 minutes.

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
The smell and taste of the meat mixture is definitely a 5 but I also felt like it needed more potato (I diced it really small and added it to the meat mixture)and then I felt weird just eating meat and potato without it being in a pita or maybe served over rice? Another thought is to skip the potato slices and make mashed potatoes for it to sit upon. In this case it would also need more gravy.
