I like this recipe but changed a lot and I think it turned out better and more favorful.I added 1/2 tsp. onion powder and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder to give it more favor and I think thats what made it so good. I also only used 2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour. Since I don't have a bread machine I dissolved the yeast in the water then added the other ingredients and kneed the dough for about 8 mins. Then let it raise for 45 mins. and then followed the directions by cut the dough and rolling it into 5 in rounds and letting it raise another 30 mins. Instead of baking them I found putting them in a frying pan at medium high heat and cooking them on both sides was easier. They turned out really yummy and I think better than normal pita bread.
