Tofu Parmigiana
This recipe was great for our weekly "meatless Monday". I followed the advice on the flour/egg/breadcrumbs. Delicious!

Lisa's Favorite Carne Asada Marinade
My husband and I love Carne Asada, this is absolutely the best we have made.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
This was a very good recipe, marinating was a great idea. I think the apple flavor was not enough of a "star" in this dish. Marinating it in soy and apple as previously mentioned is a great idea. Good fresh fall dish.
