King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

A tasty, easy dinner! We really liked this...I used flour tortilla pieces because I had some fresh ones :)and MILD Rotel...I also added a little bell pepper because I saw that in another King Ranch chicken recipe :) Will definitely make again soon.

Mexican-Style Goulash

Didn't change anything on the recipe~it was a hit with family. Easy, cheap, yummy & everyone wanted leftovers for their lunch today...so will definitely make it again soon. Someone had posted it when someone was looking for low-budget recipes to help in homeless kitchen. Thanks!
