I am a stay at home mother of 3 lovely little girls. When time permits, I love to roll up my sleeves and cook from scratch, never really cared much for the box stuff! I love anything with tomatoes in it. Especially grilled! I am also getting better and better at mexican food dishes, and breads :) I don't do it often enough, but when I was younger I could remember having biscuits and gravy on Sunday mornings! Oh I loved it! Such a treat :) I have finally made a decent lazagna...now lets see if I can do it again! Well, as much as I love french bread I have to say I tend to cook it to a crisp or catch it on fire...he he, but I am slowly getting better and better at it!
