Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Peppers

I cubed the pork before putting in slow cooker, and waited to add the vegetables so they did not get soggy. It was great served over noodles, and you may want to make extra sauce as well!

Greek-Style Burritos

We really enjoyed this recipe. Could not find Greek so used Caesar dressing. Also found a red pepper yogurt dip, so just blending a can of garbanzo beans to make our own hummus.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

So good and very moist. Used baking soda instead of powder, 2 bananas, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and an extra 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top. Baked in 8x8 pan for 40 min.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Used 1 tbl minced garlic and instead of heavy cream used a white sauce (2 cups milk, 4 tbl butter, 4 tbl flour), and added 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese to the sauce.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Great recipe! I took another reviewers suggestion and cooked potatoes/onions for 15 min in microwave and then added sauce and cooked 30 min in oven. Worked perfectly!
