To make this a healthier dish I will sometimes subistute the cream for milk or do half milk, half cream. This dish has become a stable in our household!

Meatball Sandwich

The best meatballs I have ever had. I use a small ice-cream scoop so I get 25 meatballs per lb. I made these for sandwiches and for spaghetti & meatballs. This is now a household favorite!

Zucchini Cookies

I left out the raisins in half of the cookies since I'm not a big raisin fan. I than topped those cookies with a confectioners sugar icing. SOO good, with or without the icing!

I didn't use the apples I normally would use, I just used ones I had on hand. Ignoring the apples, I didn't care of the the pancake portion. I wouldn't make these again.

New York Cheesecake by Breakstone's®

The cheesecake portion is really good. Not the best I've had, but very creamy. The crust is a joke. I would recommend at the very minimum doubling the crust recipe. It is so paper thin, you can't even tell it is there. I will probably use another cheesecake recipe in the future.

Cranberry Sauce

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a great recipe if you are in a hurry. The canned chicken saves a lot of time (just make sure you buy the all white meat chicken). I use Blue Cheese Dressing instead of ranch.

Belles Hamburger Buns

Nothing like the hamburger buns from the grocery store. These are delicious. I originally made them to go with pulled BBQ chicken. YUM! I used the leftovers to make cold-cut sandwiches with the next day, soooo good!

Zucchini Brownies

I used zucchini I had frozen earlier in the year. Thawed zucchini tends to have more liquid than freshly prepared zucchini, which was perfect for this recipe, because all of the moisture came from the zucchini! SOOO good. I shred my zucchini very fine, and you can't even tell by the end result there was zucchini in the brownies!

Amish White Bread

This tasted very good, but was very time consuming. I was also expecting it to be more like sandwich bread, but it wasn't. It was a great bread to have with dinner, but would not have been good for a sandwich.
