Potato and Bacon Salad

Almond Strawberry Salad

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

This was an easy and delicious meal. I used a can of cream of asparagus soup and added a can of milk, used Panko breadcrumbs with about 1/2 cup of parm cheese. This was so good, I will make it again for sure. I also used fresh asparagus.

Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these cookies for a good friend. He loved them. I will make these again. They were a little thin I think my butter may have been to 'room temp' but they tasted excellent.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

This cake is so good! I let it sit a day before cutting it. It is so moist. I added 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee instead of the water for the cake and in the frosting I used 1/2 cup coffee and added milk to 2/3 cup. This is a fast and easy recipe I will use again. No need for the milk with this cake.

Striped Delight

I have been making a version of this for years, my family loves it. I like to make this with graham cracker crumbs instead of the cookie crumbs and don't forget to top with cool whip. This is a cool refreshing dessert any time of the year.

Grilled Salmon I

This was excellent! I didn't have time to marinate the salmon long- I mixed all the ingredients (I used lemon garlic seasoning and kosher salt)in the bag and left the salmon sit in it for about 15-20 minutes while the grill was heating up. Then I just basted the salmon a couple of times on each side. I grilled it skin side down first for about 8 minutes then when I flipped the salmon the skin stayed on the grill and when it was ready we got just fish. I cooked it 7 minutes on the 2nd side. I coated the(we use a charcoal grill) grill with both veg. oil and sprayed it with nonstick both. This was SOOOOOOOO good, we will use this recipe again.

Quick Italian Meatball Soup

Baked Tomatoes Oregano

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I have made this recipe for years and it is always a hit. I brown the roast in oil on the stove before transfering it to the crock pot. I alway add potatoes and carrots. You can use any flavor canned soups, mushroom, celery, or even chicken and it is excellent!

American Lasagna

This was the easiest lasagna I have ever made and it was delicious! I added a couple extra cans of 45 oz. tomato sauce instead of the dices tomaotoes since I had those on hand. I used this new recipe on guests and everyone loved it. I will use this recipe again.
