Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheesecake was fabulousl Had it last night and family really enjoyed this dessert. Very creamy and easy to make. I did add pecans and cinnamon to my crust. Really great!!

Garlicky Summer Squash and Fresh Corn
Did this dish last night and it was fabulous. Followed the instructions, and just added 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning just before serving. Both my husband and I loved this one. Easy recipe to do.

Pear Pie II
This pie was delicious. Used 3 pears like the recipe says and it had a wonderful pear taste. Also used the combination of almond and vanilla flavorings. Will make this again. Guests also loved it!
