Fig and Olive Tapenade

This is AMAZING!!!!!! My husband had bought the olives for a function at his job, but was unable to use them because of the pits. So he brought them home to me...and I found this recipe. First things first, USE A CHERRY PITTER!!! It took me maybe 3 minutes to pit the olives. I followed the directions exactly, except that i used ground rosemary (little less than 1 tsp but more than 1/2 tsp) and used canola oil as I am out of the olive oil. I also used a processor and ground the mixture. I served it with the cream cheese and french bread slices and with rye triscuits. I prefered the triscuit over the bread, but both were DELISH!!! Just make sure to stir it again, before serving. I made the mistake of trying it before i stirred it up, and man was it salty!!!! Will make again and again.

Mound Bars

Very yummy. Did as another suggested and poured the milk over the coconut. I have made these several times, once being for a dessert option at my rehersal dinner. Great recipe

Chicken Breasts Pierre

My husband and are very much what you would call "foodies". We both agree that this dish has the BEST flavor of any chicken dish we have EVER had, both at home and while dining out. WELL DONE!!!

Whipped Sweet Potato Casserole

These are amazing. My family has decided that this isthe ONLY way they will eat sweet potato anymore. I followed the recipe to a T, except doubled. They were delicious. A little sweet, but not too bad.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Crab Quiche

Delicious. I added some canned mushrooms, chopped green pepper and swiss cheese. It was a huge hit with the hubby and 2 sons (age 9 and 2) My 2 year old was asking for more "egg pie"

Pumpkin Pancakes with Nutmeg Whipped Cream

These are amazing!!! I made them for breakfast Thanksgiving morning and again for dinner the Sunday after. I did not make the whipped cream, but used the Apple Cider Syrup recipe and they were wonderful.

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares

Very tasty. I made them as a drop biscuit instead of rolling them out and the were wonderful. I got 9 bisciuts out of this recipe. Hubby and son asked for these again. Def a keeper.
