Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
I first made this recipe for friends at a New Year's Eve dinner. Needless to say I blew my new year's resolution out the window with the leftovers!! The creamiest cheesecake I had ever had and I didn't even have time for it to sit in the oven as long as it said. It did not crack or sink! And I'm not even a dessert pro! I'll WILL make this one again! Hubby was so impressed

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
I didn't have all the ingredients listed so instead of poke and hope I used 3 tbsp. of mayo, 3 tbsp of jarred pesto and about 1/2 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese. My hubby said it tasted gormet. I served it with a homemade rice pilaf. MMMM!

Emma's Belgian Waffles

Fabulous waffles! I followed the recipe exactly the first time. The second time though I accidentally used 3 eggs. What a wonderful accident. They turned out even lighter. It's a family favorite.

I added 1 tbsp of vanilla, 1 c. choc chips and 1 c. chopped pecans. Oh so yummy. I had to give them away or I would have eaten them ALL.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
my husband and I loved this recipe. I did however take the advice of other users and marinated the chops first. And I cooked them about 30 minutes longer at about 300 degrees. FABULOUS!
