Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

This was good but Iam glad that I put some flavor to that bird, started with sea salt and garlic grinder, little Adobo with pepper and onion powder.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Made this over the weekend, I pre cooked the bacon about half way, I didnt think it made it greasy like another reviewer said but I also used a good bacon, also added some onion powder and Italian herb blend to the mix, not bad at all.
