Blonde Brownies I

I think there must be a typo in the recipe - 1 tablespoon of Vanilla is WAY too much. If it wasn't for that, they would have been good. They are easy, so I will try it again using a much smaller amount of vanilla.

Coconut Lime Rice

This rice was wonderful! I just made it for dinner and everyone loved it. I had to use long grain rice because we didn't have basmati. Other than that, I followed the recipe. (I did use a little extra coconut oil (virgin) for it's health benefits). I will definitely be making this again!!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

I made these to go with braised short ribs tonight. I made them exactly as the recipe called and they were wonderful!! Everyone loved them and I will definitely be making them again. Thank you for the recipe!
