Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup

This soup is delicious, hearty and filling!! My sister (who does not like veggies by the way) fought me over the last bowl of this soup! I made a few changes; roasted the cauliflower like someone else suggested, used green onions instead of leeks, only cos I have never cooked with leeks. And I added some sauteed chunks of chicken at the end to make it heartier! Overall; loved this soup!!

Cauliflower Leek Soup

Love it!!! My sister doesn't like Veggies but she was fighting with me over the last bowl of this soup. Roasting the cauliflower made it sooo good! I did add some chunks of sauteed chicken to mine though. And I used green onions instead of leeks! : )

Oriental Shrimp Noodle Soup

Good recipe! I modified it as neeeded . - skipped the celery (don't like it) and used 1/2 cup green onions instead -used almost 1lb of shrimp -doubled the crushed red pepper and added a pinch of cayene to make it hot (love it) -skipped the black pepper as I didn't have any at home. Having this for lunch today and it tastes pretty good!

Crawfish Etouffee

Great Recipe.. There's absolutely nothing wrong with putting your own spin on your fave dishes. Nobody said you were doing a N'ORLEANS Etoufee...you said it is designed after it. Love it; I prefer it without the tomatoes too.. I just prefer it that way. Thanks for the recipe MIKI, cos all the others had tomatoes ; . Love it!!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

I tried these using baby scallops because I already had some at home when I found the recipe. It came out pretty good and I really like this. Will do this again using regular scallops

Shrimp Chowder

I made this with less cream cheese than the recipe calls for but it still turned out Great. Looked really good too... I love for food to look as good as it tastes. I think next time I'll try some cream of celery soup in it as another reviewer did.

Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

I made these for my sunday school class. Exactly as in the recipe. They loved 'em. Great Texture and taste. ********* Made these again last week! GREAT!!! : ) Co-worker loved it!
