Grilled Shrimp Tacos

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
We made this recipe for Cinco De Mayo and it was fantastic! It was a great mixture of flavors and not difficult to make. We added some homemade salsa and grilled some zucchini and red peppers to serve with it. Will definitely be making this again.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
I was looking for something to do with hamburger that was quick and easy and this fit the bill. It is a bit on the sweet side though. We left out the green peppers and doubled the onions since it was all we had. My children really liked it.

Delicious! We used fresh sea scallops and they were so sweet and tender. Followed recipe exactly.

Tropical Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
My husband made this for dinner tonight. It was a nice change of pace for pork chops. He used more onions and cooked them a bit before hand since we used very thin, boneless chops that cook quickly. Great with rice. Nice and quick weekday meal with a twist.

Chicken with Cranberries

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Awesome recipe! Very easy to make and I'm not even a big cranberry fan. Doubled up on the sauce to have over starch. Very kid friendly as well.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
My picky children really liked this so it is a keeper. I made it just as directed, except I omitted the butter on the bottom of the cookie sheet. I also used SmartBalance instead of butter on the top.

Very good. Made it for a SuperBowl Party and it was a hit. Really does taste like the sandwich.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
We love this recipe. It is so simple and the kids love pulling apart the bread to eat it. My 4 year old helps by shaking the dough with the cinnamon sugar. I do flip it over before it cools so that the sugar mixture seeps all the way through. I also use a tube pan and have never had a problem with the sauce leaking as one reviewer did.

Maine Lobster Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
I made this for a pot luck and it came out very good. I used lobster meat and the quick and easy alfredo sauce recipe on the site. It is expensive to make and getting the lobster meat out takes some time. We live in New England and it was even costly here. The next time I will use shrimp. It came out great, a bit rich, but very tasty. I gave it 4 stars because it is hard to get the lobster meat and it is on the rich side. Otherwise a hit, but I would save it for very special occasions.
