Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I thought the sauce was pretty tasty. The meatballs were a bit on the dry side for my taste, so next time I make this recipe I will follow some of the other reviews to make them juicier... Overall, good sauce!

We really liked this dish. I used white wine instead of chicken broth and it turned out nice. Next time, I'll use angel hair instead of fetucinni.

Salmon with Pineapple Tomato Salsa

Very, very good. The only thing I changed was to use dry basil instead of fresh... (Didn't want to spend extra money). However, I'm sure is worth it! Will make it again!
