Spanish Flan

So, this was my first time cooking the sugar and I ended up burning it....I will definetly try again. The custard was a little bit eggy for me, so I think I will cut down on that as well.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

If I could rate with more stars then I would!! This is my new "go to" cinnamon bun recipe! They are better then ones at the mall. The frosing is yummy to, but the other day I made them with the frosting from Clone of a Cinnabon and they came out even better...Thanks for sharing recipe!!

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

I made also as listed, but found it way too salty! Which is weird because I am an unofficial salt addict...actually wait I lied I had to use dry herbs instead of the fresh, so that probably added to this low rating. With that said i think i might try it again with fresh herbs but definietly will use the salt to taste...

Sun Dried Tomato Focaccia

I made this recipe as listed. But the Garlic Salt was way too much; and i'm a salt lover!! It did have good texture and was moist and not dry, but can't put my finger on what else i didn't like. Just not for me I guess.

Shrimp Scampi V

I did make as listed, however the wine was overpowering. Next time i will use half wine and half chicken broth. I also think lemon with an onion and chopped up tomato would give more flavor. As well as some Italian seasonings and salt. Oh yeah and double the garlic!!! This was a great recipe, but only to build off of.

Mexican Rice II

I made the recpie as is but did not like the cumin flavor. So a few weeks later made it with out the cumin and less salt and it turned out perfect.

Eclairs II

This is a great recipe! My only complaint would have been that they got soggy after coming out of the oven....next time I will cook them longer and try poking them to let the steam out when they are out of the oven.
