Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Absolutely delicious dinner! I, like many others, read the reviews before trying this. Honestly, the only thing I changed was add garlic (because we love garlic in everything)and decided to substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream. It gave it a great flavor! We both loved it and will have this again! Thanks for sharing!

I never know what to do with leftover roasts...they get boring the second time around. This is awesome! My husband and I both loved this recipe. I, like others, didn't have tomato sauce so I used spaghetti sauce instead and added garlic (I rarely cook without it!). Other than that, I followed it to the tee. For those who have tried it and didn't like it, or felt it "was bland", try it again. This time, don't use a non-stick pan for browning the meat and onions. You don't get the roux you need to give it flavor. I have every intention on trying this again with leftover beef and chicken. There's no reason that this won't work with any meat! Absolutely loved it! Thanks!!!

I don't care if this recipe is from the Antarctic, it's awesome! My family loved it! I doubled it because of the size of our household and it was a huge success. Now that we're into the cooler weather and the windows are all closed, the aroma of this combination of spices made the whole house smell warm and inviting. My advice, focus on the recipe and not where it originated...your taste buds will thank you.

Alfredo Sauce

I'd have given this 10 stars if I could! This was awesome in all ways. I needed something quick and simple for a lot of unexpected guests and this really came through. The only thing I did different is added more minced garlic (only because we are garlic-aholics). Everybody loved it! Will definitely be making this again in the near future.
