I have made this recipe for years and it is always a crowd pleaser! I love that it's so quick and easy to make and it's really good. I always take just a couple extra minutes and saute some thinly sliced onions and sliced mushrooms. I add the onions and mushrooms on top of the roast beef and then layer my cheese. The onions and mushrooms make it extra yummy, but the recipe is still 5 stars as is!

This recipe was ok...It wasn't the best pork chop I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't the worst. I marinated the chops for about 5 hours and they were good...not great, but good. I don't have anything really negative to say about this recipe, but it was a simple recipe that used ingredients I already had on hand. And the pork chops turned out pretty tender and were pretty good. Thanks for the recipe!

This has become my go-to recipe for pancakes. I add a teaspoon of vanilla, but otherwise follow the recipe as written. The pancakes are great-not to sweet, fluffy...yummy!

Love this recipe...I make it pretty often. I omit the dillweed and garlic salt, only because I feel like the ranch mix provides enough flavor. I also use low-fat sour cream and cream cheese to cut down some on calories. I also usually use carrot, tomato, cucumber, and broccoli, although the recipe is great with any veggies you want to use.

As is, I gave the recipe 4 stars. I added more lime juice and sugar and it was 5 stars.

I really enjoyed these. They were really simple to make and I already had all of the ingredients. It makes a nice little appetizer or snack.

Yummy!!! I often substitute a can of Rotel for the salsa. I also usually only use a pound of beef or a pound of sausage...I've never used more than a pound of meat...I think 2 pounds would be too much for my taste. But it's very yummy and a great simple recipe!

I've had this recipe in my box for a while now...Husband and I have been trying to eat healthier and I've been substituting turkey for ground beef in most of my recipes, but I was just very hesitant about a turkey burger...I finally decided today that I would give it a try...And we were both very pleasantly surprised! He could NOT believe it when I told him it was a turkey burger! He even said that he'd love to have another one...That's a HUGE compliment! The recipe as is I give 4 stars (maybe even 3). I think though that it needs a little bit of love to be 5 stars. I read through reviews and followed some advice and the outcome was great! I scaled the recipe to serve 4 because there's just 2 of us...I used a whole egg instead of just the white, and I used 3 times as much breadcrumbs as the recipe called for...I used seasoned salt instead of just salt and used a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. So good... The only thing was that I thought they needed a little more breadcrumb...They had a hard time sticking together. I saw in a few reviews to dip the patties in flour before frying...I tried that on one of the patties, didn't think it helped it hold together...and the ones without flour actually browned like a normal hamburger...the one with flour just had a weird texture to me...So I'd add more breadcrumb and skip the flour. Thanks so much for the recipe...These are actually delicious!

DELICIOUS!!! My husband said these were the best sweet potatoes he had ever eaten and I have to say I agree with him. They were sweet and spicy and were so flavorful! The only thing I changed was that I cut the potatoes into chunks instead of leaving them whole. I also used a little bit more brown sugar, but I think you could just use the amount the recipe called for and they'd be equally yummy.

Ok so I was a little bit hesitant about this recipe because I'm not a huge ranch fan...hubby is though-he loves to dip his pizza in ranch, so when I saw this recipe I thought he'd love it. Well, let me tell you we BOTH devoured this!! It was so yummy! I didn't really measure out the ranch, I just used enough to cover the pizza crust--and it almost seemed like an alfredo sauce...it was delicious! The recipe as is I would give 4 stars. I made a couple changes based on others' reviews that made it 5 stars! First, I used a boboli crustinstead of refridgerated and chives instead of green onions because that's what I happened to have on hand. Second, I seasoned my chicken with fresh garlic and italian seasoning. I used fresh, diced tomatoes (again, what I had on hand). And I added some crumbled bacon on top...can't wait to have this again! The recipe as-is is wonderful, but season your chicken and add some bacon and my-oh-my is it good!

I made these for my husband and I last night and they were very yummy! I had some plain russet potatoes that I needed to use up and I came across this recipe. I used the russet potatoes instead of the red potatoes the recipe called for and they ended up incredibly flavorful! The only other thing that I changed/modified was that I didn't use shallots because I didn't have them on hand. They got nice and crispy in the oven...I would keep an eye on them though. All ovens are different, and mine were perfect after about 25 minutes. They were great and we can't wait to have them again!

I made this for dinner last night as it had very high reviews. I have to admit, I was a little bit disappointed. We found the chicken to be a little bland for our tastes. The chicken was good, but I think as the recipe is written, it's 3 stars. I think it's a good foundation though, and that with a little tweaking, it could easily be 5 stars. I'm rating the recipe as it's written. I don't think that I could fairly rate the recipe if I've completely changed it...after all, then I'm rating MY version of the recipe and not the recipe itself. I think kids would really enjoy this, and again, I think with a little tweaking, it could easily be a 5 star dish!

We loved this recipe. Hubby said that it was his favorite way he's had asparagus. Simple but delicious.

I have been searching for a copycat recipe for Logan's Santa Fe Tilapia and that led me to this recipe. My husband and I loved this dish. I went a little bit shy on the Cajun seasoning because I was afraid it would be overwhelming...I should have stuck with the recipe because it needs a good amount of seasoning. It was easy to make and didn't have a whole lot of ingredients...my kind of recipe! My husband RAVED about the lemon and dill sauce. I made asparagus and rice and he loved the sauce so much he poured it over that too! What I actually did was I combined the mayo and sour cream and then divided that mixture in half. To one half, I added the lemon juice and dried dill (I didn't have fresh) that the recipe suggests. It was yummy! To the other half, I added lime juice and fresh cilantro...it was also yummy! I actually preferred the lime and cilantro sauce, but my hubby preferred the lemon and dill that the recipe gives.

These were so delicious as the recipe is and simple to make ...I added a little bit of Cajun seasoning as other reviewers suggested. As a few other readers commented, my scallops did not get golden brown even though they were cooked all the way...They were so yummy though we didn't even notice the lack of browning. My husband gobbled them up and commented that he would like to have them again soon.

Rated 3 stars as is. Very good recipe to start from, but I think it could use a few adjustments. I cooked the tomatoes, spinach, etc together as others suggested. I also added grilled chicken and drained the bacon fat as well. At the end I added chicken stock and parmesean to make it more of a sauce. With those alterations, it was a 5, but as is, I'd give it a 3. Thanks for the recipe!

I omitted the bell pepper both times because I just didn't have it. Ridiculously easy to make, most everything I already had. I used one jalapeno and I didn't think it was "spicy"-which is good for me because I don't care for spicy foods-but I thought the one jalapeno gave great flavor. Next time will try to add cilantro and lime, but great easy recipe! UPDATE: My husband requests this ALL the time! We love it. My only addition is fresh cilantro and it is delicious!! It only ever gets to sit in the fridge for about an hour before one of us is sneaking a bite!

I was surprised at how well this turned out. I ended up adding about a teaspoon more of mustard and honey because to me the mayo taste was a little stong. but, it was very yummy just the way that it was! very easy and had everything on hand (i used bottled lemon juice and it still came out great)

Rated 4 stars as I altered recipe a little based on others' suggestions. not a big fan of mayo, so i used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and milk. instead of boiling the chicken, i sauteed chicken tenders (that's what i had) on the stovetop, let cool, and then cut into chunks. if you season your chicken, i wouldn't add a whole lot of salt becuase with the soup and the stuffing, i thought the dish had enough salt. i also went ahead and prepared the stuffing, let it cool, and then sprinkled it on top. It was SOOOOO yummy! I think as the recipe is written, would still good, but i think the mayo would make it too rich for my taste. great simple recipe that takes little preparation. the hubby loved it as well!

LOVED this recipe. Very easy and used simple ingredients I already had at home. Husband loved it. Use a really good salsa though, as that will make all the difference. Chicken was very flavorful and moist
