Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
Outstanding! I used approximately 2lb of pork loin and added about 2/3 of a bottle of Guinness beer. I had my husband roast the red pepper and 3 ears of corn on the grill. I also added about 5 cloves of roasted garlic. For the black beans, I used 2 cans of Bush's Black Bean Fiesta and 1 can of regular black beans.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Delicious, healthy, and easy! I halved the recipe using the calculator, followed the recipe with these slight changes: substituted 1 qt chicken stock for the water and bouillon cubes, used 1 whole medium onion, 1 bag frozen southwest corn for the canned corn. For the tomatoes, I used 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes, 1 can ro-tel, and the entire can of tomato soup. Like other reviewers, I serve the sour cream on the side. Halved, this recipe makes at least 10 servings, which is great because the leftovers are even better the next day. Ran this through the WW recipe builder and for 12 servings this recipe is 3 points. Thank you so much for posting this recipe!

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Excellent recipe! I make it exactly as stated; although, I have substituted dried dill and parsley for the fresh and it still tastes great! You will have to reduce the amount of dried herbs though. Even my teenage son loves this dressing and prefers it to the higher fat store bought dressings. For those on weight watchers, only 1 point per serving and this tastes SO much better than store bought low fat ranch dressings. Thank you for the recipe!
