Delicious! My husband and I love curry and this was amazing! I ended up using fresh spinach because that was what I had on hand and it worked well. Definitely a keeper!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Very good, and so easy! I didn't add the beer, and can't say that I missed it. Did add some chicken broth as others suggested. I also didn't use taco seasoning, but instead used Cayenne, Garlic, Salt, Paprika and Cumin.

Pumpkin Chili

This is the definition of fall, it smells so delicious, and tastes great too. It is very mild, but flavorful. I didn't add any sugar and don't know that I would. If you are looking for your "typical" chili, don't try this, but if you want something different and fun, this is it!

Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

The salad dressing is so delicious and so easy to make! I didn't use the pine nuts and used slivered almonds instead. Might want to add mandarin oranges next time! A great salad, and very versatile, I think you could add or subtract ingredients and have a great salad!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Delicious! Bought bread dough from the bakery at the local grocery store and it was the perfect crust, and cheap too! Great flavors, cannot go wrong with this recipe, will have to make 2 next time, it was gone in minutes!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

This is a great recipe, if you follow the suggestions other reviewers gave. It helps to pre-bake the croissant, I forgot to do that the second time I made it, and it was soggy. I also used 10 eggs and added a splash of milk, and only used about 2 cups of cheese. Delicious even with a slightly soggy bottom, and will make this often!

Mexican Pasta

This is a delicious recipe! I added lean ground beef, to give it an extra boost of protein, but otherwise I followed the recipe. I did add a bit more of the taco seasoning because of the added meat. Very Good!
