Kung Pao Chicken
I rarely ever give a 5 stars, but this deserves 10. I am always trying to make chinese food and always fail, this was amazing. I tripled the marinade and quadrupled the sauce. I also cooked the chicken first and then when that had a nice brown to it I added the sauce until it became the consistency I preferred. I also in another pan cooked snow peas, garlic and water chestnuts with some of the sauce and then added the chicken to it because my hubby hates any veggies. I would make this again again and again, definitely was proud of myself for not screwing it up!!

Not sure I knew waht to expect with this, but my hubby and I were not that big of a fan, dont think I'll be making it again. It was okay, just not our thing.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad
Everytime I make this it's raved about. Almost every bbq I am requested to make this. I use 6 eggs and 2 eggs I use the whole egg and yolk and then the last 3 I only use the egg whites, lower fat option. I also use more mayo then requested, I use lowfat mayo and just use it to my tasting. I also use celery seed as well as celery salt, I think it gives it great flavor. You cant really screw this recipe up
