About this Cook
I'm a college student learning to cook impromptu meals, and an avid cook in the comfort of my home, when possible.
My favorite things to cook
Anything! I love trying out new recipies, and then changing it up to my pallet all the time!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Korean dishes mostly, but I love venturing into the American style where I bring my own flare.
My cooking triumphs
Once, I made apple pie in a college dormitory, and it was quite good for my first time ever!
My cooking tragedies
I burn myself because I'm clumsy, but Its a battle scar worth having

Authentic German Potato Salad
This by far is the best potato salad I've ever had!! I didn't have parsley... but I just excluded it, but still, I love it!! I've always liked potato salad, but I've never tried any that didn't use eggs or mayo. It's different and probably won't go bad in the sun at a picnic because it's not kept chilled. This is fantastic!! I will definitely be making this again~ THANKS!

Korean Sushi
I'm full Korean - born and raised in America - and this is not very authentic. Canned Tuna Or usually any kind of tuna is not used in Korean sushi, and baking is not necessary for the Nori, using as is out of the package is fine. Other than that, everything else would be great except using chard, usually we use spinach. Other than that, an average sushi dish. Wouldn't recommend it though.

Spanish Rice II
Fantastic rice! I followed the recipe accordingly, but I took to account listening to reviewer "Jodi Lynn" I used cumin and the chicken broth, and for my touch of change I added corn and threw in some cooked chicken breast, and threw it all into my rice cooker! It came out fantastic, and I will definitely use this recipe in the future!
