Easy Chicken Enchiladas

I absolutely loved this dish! I used Pace bean and corn salsa, so no need for the extra beans, and it gave it just the right spice. One of my new favs because I love mexican food, this is delish, and sooo easy to make!

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

This was great! This was my first time cooking lamb, but your instructions made this very simple. I followed the recipe exactly, except for doubling the marinade. I followed others advice and only marinated for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Hubby loves this recipe! Will make again!

This was great! Don't have a grill so I broiled them in the oven. The veggies I marinated in EVOO and the regular spices. This was our Superbowl grub! =D

Singapore Noodles

Very tasty! Left out the pork, figured chicken and shrimp would be enough. Added snow peas and mushrooms and left out the celery. Can't stand the stuff. This was very yummy. Kinda bummed I couldn't find vermicelli noodles, which I love. Used spaghetti instead.

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

This is the best! I use frozen green beans instead of canned and just tear up the bacon. Then mix it all together and put in a pie dish to bake! Awesome! Thanks!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Delish! Left out the jalapeno and added extra green chilies. Also, took the advice of other reviewers and sprinkled with bread crumbs. That made it taste like a real jalapeno popper! If you make this in advance, remember it will get spicer in the fridge over night.

This was waaaay to good to be so easy! Love it! I doubled the sauce and mushroom, and cut the chicken in strip so they would cook faster. Jeeze, this dish is def one I would use to wow company!

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

I was looking for a recipe like my grandma's, and this is def it!! I loved it! I haven't been home for Thanksgiving in a few years and was excited to try this out on my boyfriends family this Thanksgiving. Big hit, everyone loved it, esp me! The only diff is my grandma puts in it chopped up boiled eggs. Yumm!

Eggplant Parmesan II

This was wonderful! This is the hubby's fav dish and he loved it! Plus it was soo easy! I sliced the eggplant a little too thin I think, next time I will slice it thicker! I did salt it before hand like others suggested and rinsed before breading.

Great British Fry Up

Rated it 4* because I changed it a bit. Instead of using oil, I just cooked everything in the bacon grease. Also, the second time I didnt cook the tomato, because I think it was better fresh. Instead of hashbrowns I made potatoes from this site. It's chopped red potatoes and onions cooked in a skillet with butter. That's it. Thanks for the recipe!

This was really good. I added mushrooms, and forgot skewers so I had to cook on the stove. Used Greek Tzatziki recipe from this site and added cucumbers and was great! Next time I'll try it with the pork intead of beef for stew. Yum! Thanks!

This was good. I melted the butter before putting on the layers, and didn't have a brush. So I took a paper towel and folded it. And then dipped the end and brushed the butter on. Worked fine for me.
