Black Bottom Cupcakes I

Amazing! The only thing I did differently was to add 1/4 cup mayo to the cake mix to keep it moist. For me, it only made 12 and I had alot of the cream cheese mixture left over...maybe I filled them too full?

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Great Dip to take to Parties! The only thing I did differently was to use leek soup instead of vegetable and added some hot sauce to the mix. I placed the dip in a bread bowl. Hit of the party!
