I am a Johnson and Wales graduate and am passionate about good food and staying true to the prep and tradition of the food - no special twist to traditional recipes, or your bastardizing it! I am lucky to work with a great company, as an event planner, that is contracted by different Sports and Entertainment facilities. The biggest joy for me is cooking for my husband and 2 year old daughter.

Pot Roast, Low Country Boil, Steak, Baked Turkey, Dressing, Casseroles, Steak, Crab Legs....anyone southern!

My great great grandmother's recipes and her beatiful crystal and silver for presentation.
My cooking triumphs
I cooked my first turkey and dressing this past Christmas - the dressing was a little salty, but the mac n cheese didn't have enough, so as long as you took one of those bites after the other, it balanced out!
My cooking tragedies
BAKING! It's too much of a science and I like to play!
