Barbequed Ribs

I use the dry rub, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for the day. Then I grill it on our Primo Grill low and slow for a few hours and baste it at the end with the sauce. Thank you for the wonderful recipie!

Herb Roasted Pork

EXCELLENT recipe! This is a keeper!!!! I used brown sugar and balsamic vinegar and used vegetable stock instead of water. Then I cooked it in the crockpot. I will, however, halve the vinegar next time so that I can make gravy as it was too strong. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Cranberry and Cilantro Quinoa Salad

10 STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This was my first time making quinoa. I used red quinoa and cooked it in vegetable stock. Since we didn't have cilantro, we added cumin and adobo to step it up a notch. Many thanks for sharing this recipe.

Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! However, the tapioca starch didn't work for us. We made it twice, and twice it instantly became a ball of rubber. A friend of mine said to just use one teaspoon, not tablespoon. However, I don't think the sauce is even needed. The reciep was great without it, esp. when served warm. Wow! Many thanks for sharing this recipe.

THE BEST PB cookie recipe ever! I follow the recipe as instructed. They consistently turn out moist and stay soft throughout the week. I usually use Jiff extra country PB. Now I have to make them each week for my husband.

THE ASBOLUTE BEST SERVED WITH SEMOLINA BREAD. I used mussels, clams, shrimp, lobster and scallops served over DeCecco linguini. Can't wait to make this again.

Holy Moly this is FABULOUS! I now incorporate various seafood to this recipe such as shrimp, scallops, crab, etc. Pair with fresh bread and wine and it's on!
